Health & Wellness:
Through our employee wellness program, we support healthy lifestyle choices and motivate employees to create positive change.
The program provides educational classes, an annual health fair, weekly wellness information, and a lunchtime walking club from April through October. We host a 10,000 steps-a-day challenge to encourage our employees to stay active with the goal of creating a healthier and more engaged CyLumena team.
Community:
Lastly, we provide ways for our employees to give back to the community through supporting corporate-sponsored partnerships, like with Big Brothers Big Sisters, as well as other employee-recommended organizations. Also, we have a commitment to support our regional youth through sponsorships in support of STEM.
