We hire individuals who embody our goal to become the Execution Partner of Choice to our clients. Many team members have worked in leadership roles in client organizations as well as other large consulting firms, so they know how to assimilate quickly to the client’s environment. While we typically hire experienced resources that can add immediate value, we also remain focused on hiring recent college graduates. We believe strongly in growing and developing young talent in the region and strive to become the destination for those looking to grow faster in their careers.
